Hygienic decent sized pedal bin
Looks good and pedal which opens lid makes this hygienic. Good size. Could be heavier and studier but they have long warranty and purchased on half price so can't complain.

Sturdy kitchen bin
The bin is a good size for kitchen use and is sturdy. The foot pedal to open it works well. I haven't tried to clean it yet, so can't speak to ease of cleaning from experience. The only slight issue I've run into is one of the gray handles on the inside for holding up the bin bag always comes out when I change the bag. It's very easy to pop back in, so only a minor annoyance.

To respond to the second of your questions, though a tad late, there is no liner, however, it is due to this omission & that it has holes in the bottom, so can be rinsed through, that bags are easier to remove & you're not left doing the refuse hugging bin tango for 10 mins ;-)
