Potential sizing chart problem.
While the features of this product were exactly as described, the sizing chart was a little inaccurate so I was obliged to return it. I am therefore unable to comment further.

trial and error
bought this a couple of weeks ago to try and relieve a painful knee. The item was well made etc. and the service by the counter staff in Alloa was as good as ever. But it didn't work for me.

This isn't able to suit a 21" knee circumference. We don't currently stock one without the cut out that will be suitable.

"Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do not use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight."

This knee support is designed to relieve symptoms of strains, sprains & instability, supporting injured, weak or arthritic knees.
As far as jogging is concerned we would advise you to consult your GP/Physio if you have a medical condition/injury as he/she would be best placed to advise you on this
