Great product but…
The noise cancelling is excellent, the fit is comfortable and the sound quality is very good. The only problem is the auto shut off feature which is very inconsistent and will turn off the headphones while they are still in use but is thankfully optional.

I bought this a few weeks ago, the quality of sound is perfect and the noise cancelling is really good! it really comfortably and the battery last a long time. Bluetooth is very easy to connect by the app. Great product!

Could be so much better
The sound is pretty good however the mic doesn’t connect to my laptop which is pretty useless. Great headset purely if you want to listen to music but really not good for work. Also no way to mute/unmute yourself.

I purchased these headphones 5 months ago based on a recommendation from a friend. Despite being 5 year old tech they are the best headphones ive ever used. Cannot go back to earbuds and cheap headphones anymore

Excellent product poor Manual
Excellent product but the Instruction Manual is poor with only visual representation of the operating instructions. I understand this for multilingual use but not easy to understand.

I got the WH-1000XM4 noise cancelling headphones and they are like heaven for your ears. I am autistic and have ADHD and the noise cancelling feature is fantastic. I love that I can use them to shut the world out or listen to music (or both) they are honestly well worth the money. Sound is fantastic too! Love all the features, truly amazing!

I'm actually amazed by how good the noise cancelling is. I sometimes forget about it in the gym, then take the headphones off to wipe the sweat off, and the gym music is ridiculously loud. Honestly the noise cancelling is fantastic, I can't hear any of the gym music with these on. The best I've experienced. I'm yet to use it on a plane but I imagine it will make sleeping during a flight much easier.

Unfortunately not, if the proximity sensor part inside the left unit housing gets fogged up or there are water droplets on it due to condensation or humidity from sweat, etc., wearing detection may not work properly. When the sensor part is fogged up or there are water droplets on it, leave the proximity sensor part facing up until the moisture disappears.
