NOT INDUCTION COMPATIBLE
I have had several Ninja products in the past and have always been very happy with them so when I needed new pans for my new induction hob I decided to trust Ninja and I bought 3 Frying Pans, 2 Saucepans and a Wok from their Zerostick Premium Range which Ninja claim to be Induction hob compatible. I have been trying to cook with them for some time but they will only work on the smallest induction zone. I thought that it was a problem with my Hob but the engineer said that the hob was not the problem, but the pans were, he used another pan which worked perfectly on my hob. Ninja said that these pans are Induction compatible THEY ARE NOT. I feel really let down by Ninja, I have spent a lot of money on these pans and they are useless to me. I can't afford more pans so am unable to cook properly.

Extremely disappointed
Disappointed. Purchased these pans in October 2023. They where good at first but then the nonstick on the big pan started bubbling and breaking away. My wife threw it out. Now the small pan is starting to do the same. I've been happy with my other ninja products but I would definitely not recommend these pans.

Very poor
You need to stop selling these as being suitable for 'all hob types including induction'. Only the largest one works. Had them for a year and have been blaming my hob and then I read the other reviews! Avoid!!

Look and feel great but sadly not compatible
The pans look and feel great but they not compatible with our hob. We have a Samsung induction hob and only the largest pan in the set works on the smallest hob. I have raised this with the customer care team and I am just waiting for them to send over a returns label.

Not working on induction
Sold as induction friendly but clearly not. New Siemens hob and can't use the set I bought - the small ones don't work.

Can only use 3 of 5 pans
Bought this set as bought an induction hob. Cant fault the lather pans but the 2 small 16cm ones do not work on my induction hub. Had the engineer out for this and was told the magnetic bottom on these 2 pans are not strong enough. So out of a set of 5 pans we can only use 2. Ninja replaced the whole set incase faulty but unfortunately same problem.

Poor design lids
We have a lot of ninja products and all are fantastic. However whilst the pots are non stick and well made they are very heavy, the lids or pots are not lipped, so its very difficult to drain pasta etc and the pot handle is very hot. Such a shame for such a quality and expensive item
