About this product
With a suction capacity of 180 mbar and an energy consumption of 900 W, the Einhell wet/dry vacuum cleaner TC-VC 2045 S reliably removes dust, dirt and liquids. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a stainless steel container with a 20-litre volume.
Supplied with a 1.5m plastic suction hose, 3-piece plastic suction pipe, 3m power cable and cable holder.
Delivery includes a crevice nozzle, combi nozzle, foam filter, dirt collection bag and filter bag.
The TC-VC 2045 S wet and dry vacuum cleaner has a 20 litre stainless steel tank and is a versatile machine which is ideal for picking up a variety of dust, debris and liquids.

Adequate, but nothing asbout which to write home.
Purchased for use where the supply current is limited to 6 amps and so appliance chosen for its relatively low wattage. In that respect, it's perfect. Noise level reasonable for this type of appliance. Effective suction. Negatves: The hose is short. The nozzle does not swivel on the hose. Really frustrating that to diameter of the tools is exactly the same as that of the hose nozzle and extension tubes, so one has to fit a small metal adapter pipe every time a tool is used. The pipe is small and could be easily lost. That's just bad design, other cleaners have the tools fitting directly to the nozzle/extension tubes. When changing between wet and dry operation, one is expected to change between two different filters, and fitting and removing the filters is fiddly. The castors and their attachment seem quite flimsy. Overall it does what I need, but it's nothing abouht which to write home.

"The Einhell 20 Litre Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner - 900W is suitable for collecting dust and debris generated during DIY and workshop activities and can be used as a dust collection solution when connected to compatible power tools using the appropriate hose adaptor.
The vacuum is designed to collect a range of dry materials, including sawdust, wood shavings, sanding dust, dirt, and general workshop debris, as well as liquids when configured for wet vacuuming in accordance with the instruction manual.
However, this model is not equipped with a power take-off socket for automatic operation with power tools. If a customer is specifically looking for a dedicated dust extraction unit that automatically starts and stops with a connected power tool, we would recommend considering one of our models with an integrated power take-off function instead."
