Great except for the cord storage.
Moved from a Hetty to this and it seems much more powerful. Stable and easy to use. Seems robust. Great on hard floors, I bought a turbo head as an extra which improves it for carpets as the standard head isn't great on carpets with pet hair on them. Uses either the standard bags or the larger ones for this model. Slightly chunky to store but the main drawback is the cord. Hetty's cord wound back in to her top, this one can be wound round the outside but its messy.
