Does offer a great pain relief and comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This back support came at the perfect time as my back pain is really bothering me throughout the day. The overall concept is ok but still needs some improvement because during movements it tends to bend and move. The material is smooth and soft and feels very comfortable while on the back, but the strap that keep it in place is slightly uncomfortable . The size is perfect for me and my husband can wear it too so definitely will fit a bigger size too. Now the thing is if the packaging has no instructions as to how to use it without a microwave for heating it up. Moving on to the pain relief, can’t say it takes the pain away but it does offer a sort of comfort and relief while having it. I do prefer the warm use of it than the cold one but, the second one it’s perfect in cases of accidents to apply cold compression on, because the gel patch can easily bend and adjust around the body part.

Its felt lovely wearing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been so useful and helpful for back pain from exercise to back pain from the monthly cycle. The fact you can use it both by freezing it and heating it is great. I did enjoy the heat more so, but both felt lovely. It felt great to wear and was easily to stay in place. The gel feels lovely. The stap enables it to fit around the body quite easily. I was able to talk around the house and get on with the day and house chors, but knowing it was helping me feel better, but elwas best when i sat down on sofa relaxing . The durability is great, and its sturdiness is easy to move and bend, so I it was very nice to wear it.

Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great size belt, sometimes they only fit a small person. Comfortable to wear. I found it works better from the freezer. Followed instructions a few times whilst using the heated option. When it came out it was far too hot! But seemed to go from scorching to cold within a couple of minutes.

Fabric needs improvement otherwise work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sometimes have back problem due to sitting for long hours so thought it would help make me feel better. It does fit nicely and snuggle the back to give a good support, was also easy to warm in the microwave or cold in freezer. Helped a little with the back pain but not much. For me it is the quality and fabric that’s feel cheap and started to look really bad just after few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an amazing product. I suffer with arthritis and the relief this is giving me is out of this world. I love it. So easy to use. Can be used HOT or COLD. For hot heat in microwave for 30 seconds and for cold place in freezer for 2 hours. Comes with a strap that is one size that fits most. It’s very comfortable material. Can be used for on the go use aswell. It’s an instant relief I feel using this. Love it.

Works Miracles!

I love that this can be used iced or warm and that it stays flexible even after freezing or heating! The relief was almost instant and the wrap is so comfortable and soft to wear! Very versatile can use hot or cold - and gives goo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good product - you can use it cold by putting in freezer or hot - and hot is super quick as microwaves in 30 seconds. The material is super soft and it straps on easily and stays in place. The elastic straps and Velcro fastening makes it easy to use for all shapes and sizes. It gives good support and feels comfortable. I particularly like the hot and cold options which make it a versatile product- and for me someone who suffers monthly with back pain and period pains I can switch it up to get good relief. It’s breathable as well. Great value for money. Not bulky - easy to store in a drawer
