After checking with the manufacturer, I can confirm that the L shaped USB charging dongles can be left on the controllers when not charging.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
When charging the Venom PS5 Twin Dock Charging Station batteries from empty to full would take between 2-3 hours.

I can confirm this can be plugged into a normal charging block with the USB cable to be able to charge the controllers.
