From Breakfast to Pizza Night
I've owned the FlexFlame for a while now and I've already used most of its functions. I've cooked pizzas on the pizza stone, breakfasts on both griddles, vegetables, whole chicken, burgers, sausages and plenty of BBQ sessions over several weekends. The biggest surprise for me has been the pizza function. Pizzas are coming out perfectly cooked in around 4 minutes and, honestly, I've stopped ordering takeaway pizza because the results at home are better. The versatility is what makes this grill stand out. One day it's a pizza oven, the next it's a flat-top griddle for breakfast, and then it's a smoker or a traditional BBQ. Everything cooks quickly and evenly. Food stays juicy and doesn't dry out like it often did on my previous grills. I was also impressed by the pellet smoke feature. I wasn't expecting much from it, but it genuinely gives that traditional BBQ experience. The smoke flavour is noticeable and even my clothes smelled like a proper barbecue afterwards. For me that's a positive because it's exactly what I wanted. Another thing worth mentioning is gas efficiency. The heat seems to stay where it's needed instead of disappearing into the air, so it reaches cooking temperature quickly and doesn't feel wasteful. As for negatives, it's definitely not a lightweight grill. It's heavy and once assembled you're unlikely to move it around often. Also, there is a bit of a learning curve. My first whole chicken ended up overcooked, but that was more down to me not monitoring the internal temperature properly. A wireless thermometer quickly solved that problem. Overall, this is easily one of the best outdoor cooking purchases I've made. It's replaced several separate appliances, cooks exceptionally well and genuinely makes me want to cook outside more often. If you're looking for a grill that can do far more than just burgers and sausages, the FlexFlame is seriously impressive.

Slight damage
I was disappointed with my purchase when a wheel came off during assembly stage. Ninja have been good at helping to repair the damage, but when I took the base off to replace it, another bracket was loose! I am yet to use the bbq but am looking forward to it when I do.

Noisy Fan. Well hidden in all the "influencer" videos. Wish I had found this video before I purchased. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/-bGTqiIcUIE This is basically an AirFrier attached to a BBQ. If you have a ninja air frier its the same noise. Fine for an air frier but spoils the outdoor peace and quiet and changes the cooking style alot! It doesn't grill in the same way as a regular bbq it cooks the food more like it's an oven. The smoker is weak and pointless. I would avoid had they been at all transparent in any of the online content produced about this product. I guess they must pay the influencers well AND tell them to be nice. Which is a shame as it kills the brand entirely for me.

Personal treat
Treated myself to this absolutely awesome piece of kit.. I’m blown away by the quality and simplicity to use, love the pizza stone and peel and made some great quality pizzas using the ninja pizza dough recipe too. Great quality product, but you get what you pay for with ninja/shark products.

Looks and Cooks Great
Quality bit of kit - easy to assemble (needs two people in parts) and extremely easy to follow instructions. Feels like good quality manufacture and the finished thing looks great. Love the flexibility and ease of cooking with the dial to accurately control internal temperature and the automatic switching on/off of individual burners depending on the setting chosen. Haven't used the smoker function yet but so far, have managed to cook everything we've tried on the BBQ setting and the results are outstanding. We've always tended to go with Weber BBQs but so far, I'd say the Ninja beats our old (comparably sized) BBQ hands down. The electric fan is a tad noisy but really not a big deal when you're cooking outside anyway - and the benefits of the even temperature control it provides makes it a price worth putting up with. Very happy with this purchase so far.
