Bought this for my dad as he just wanted a laptop for general use and games. It’s decent enough for that. Easy to use and he hadn’t had any problems. It isn’t used for work or anything specific so can’t comment on things like that, but for web browsing music and games it’s decent enough.

Overall very impressed with this laptop and the quick delivery from Argos. Could'nt beat them on price. Keyboard a little clunky but excellent battery life and easy to set up - a good everyday laptop.

Does the job.
Nice compact machine. Using the right button function takes a bit of getting used to (two finger tap or bottom right hand corner of the touch pad). Also it's not very user friendly when it comes to finding how to set it up to your own requirements. It's more complicated than my old machine but it does every thing that I want. Not for your dedicated gamer.

The laptop does come with a numeric keypad (most laptops 15” and above do). For laptops without a numeric keypad – it might be worth looking at 14” laptops.

I can confirm that the HP 15-fc0078na 14 Inch AMD Athlon 8GB 128GB Laptop - Black S-Mode can be switched off however once turned off it can't be turned back on again.

Yes, you can easily switch Windows 11 in S mode to the full Windows 11 Home edition, which is a free, one-way process done through the Microsoft Store by going to Settings System Activation, finding the Switch out of S mode link, and clicking Get to complete the transition and unlock app installs from anywhere.
