Great product from Dyson as always. Works and does what you expect. It would be five stars but I have knocked one off, as it would be better if you could direct the purified airflow so it blows on you. It literally goes straight up to the ceiling and that’s it.

Not happy with product
In my opinion it hasn’t made any difference to air quality . Not suitable for hot weather because for it work properly it states there should be no draughts and windows and doors should be closed which we have open in hot weather .

Good design, not too big & quiet in operation.
We bought the 'Hush jet' at the end of June. Since then it has not been switched off. This was for us to get a good indication of pollutants etc. especially with windows open during the warm weather. We were surprised that it indicated not only general pollutants but also traffic pollutants & cooking by products (including burnt toast & opening air fryer). The 'Hush jet' reacts quickly when it detects pollutants. It is quiet in operation but reacts quickly to an increase in pollutants. It sits in a corner of an open plan area.

Easy to set up for automatic overnight use
I bought this to purify my bedroom that gets very dusty. It is quiet enough to sleep easily even with the fan on full in the hot weather. It is easy to set up and program to come on and go off overnight.

So Effective
I am amazed at the efficiency of the Hushjet. There is a notable difference when the machine is used. I usually wake up with a stuffy nose and continually feel the need to clear my throat and chest. With the Hushjet this does not happen. It is installed in our open plan room, next to the door which leads to the stairs and the upstairs bedrooms. If we vacuum it automatically comes on. If we open the bifold doors to the outside it comes on clearly showith the effectiveness of the automatic programme. All in all it’s outstanding.

Good purifier, poor WiFi!
I’m pretty disappointed by some of the supporting technology incorporated into the Hushjet Purifier. Firstly, the device has terrible WiFi reception so consistently drops off the network the same location as other WiFi devices. This makes app-based remote control impossible. Secondly, when the device drops off the network all of the air monitoring records are not locally stored and so there’s a gap in the data available in the app. Otherwise the purifier does a great job! It seems odd that there is such poor WiFi performance and no on device caching of the air quality records for a few days.
