Pick a low price for a piccolo
This compact little machine was recommended by a well known consumer magazine and rightly so. It came with a variety pack of pods and was offered at a bargain price. It's a no frills manual machine but serves up a great coffee in double quick time. Very convenient, easy to use and reasonable prices for Dolce Gusto compatible pods

Great little machine
Bought to replace a larger dolce gusto that had started leaking after 4 years of heavy use. This is exactly what I needed and at a great price too. Yes it’s basic and you have to manually stop the flow, but I found I always added extra water to the auto ones anyway. Very small and compact so takes up little space on the worktop. Highly recommend

Great little machine, makes a great coffee.
For the size of this coffee machine it delivers the same quality drink that my previous more expensive, larger model did. The water container holds the exact same amount of water 0.8ml (enough for 3 good mugs) and the bar pressure also exactly the same as the more expensive models in the range,it also uses the exact same pods. The coffee in fact tastes better from this machine than my old model, however that could be because I think my old machine was over heating and scorching coffee. You do have to control the flow of water manually when making coffee as it doesn't switch water flow off automatically. Machine does switch off power if you have not used it for a couple of minutes so there is this safety mode programmed in. Also there is no on/off switch on the machine but when you take out pod holder this starts the machine up heating, about 30 seconds, light flashes red. Pop holder with pod back into machine and wait for light to turn green and then you're all ready to go. The machine has a very small footprint which is ideal if you have limited work top space, very neat machine which tucks into a small space However the most noticeable difference which stands out about this smaller model from the other models is obviously the price paid plus 3 boxes of pods to get you going. Ideal to start you off especially if this is the first Dolce Gusto machine you have bought. Dolce Gusto pods have a large choice and are readily available in most supermarkets, shops, online and coffee suppliers. Shop around for the best price and you will find you get a decent cup of coffee for a fraction of the price you pay when you go out to a cafe. This will be my 3rd Dolce Gusto machine and to be honest I get the same quality drinks from this machine as I did from the other machines. I am pleased that I went for this model and although I have to control water flow myself to make a coffee I do get a drink with the right amount of water and strength to my personal liking. Easy to adjust how much water you want in your drink to get the perfect cup. I never use the settings on the pods for water amount to make coffee anyway, preferring to make my coffee personal to taste. Great llittle machine at a great price.

Great deal - half price with pods!!
I bought this to replace my original dolce gusto jovia machine which lasted about five or six years. Great deal on this one which was half price including 3 boxes of pods. The only downside is that a ‘latte’ glass tall cup only just fits and it’s a bit of a faff getting cup out/pod out when drink has poured.

Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch with us, the " Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS Pod Coffee Machine Bundle" will be able to work if it has 16amp. This item would need at least 14amp for it to work.
Thanks for using Q&A.
No i have one it will only stop once water runs out so you will need to watch it. Other than that its a great coffee machine
Hello New to coffee machines,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS Pod Coffee Machine Bundle: ''The Piccolo XS is a manual coffee machine, which means the user can choose how much they want they want in their cup. They will need to stop it at the desired level though.''
Thank you for using Q and A.
