Customers Say
Effective portable air conditioner, cools rooms quickly and is easy to use. Heavy but mobile with wheels. Noisy but tolerable for most. Lacks window kit and directional fan control. Good value for money.

Good efficient unit.
I bought this air conditioner two weeks ago and it is working very well. Drilling a hole in the wall for the Wall Exhaust Adaptor was hard work and required some minor redecorating. However, it is now completed and will make using the Mobile Air Conditioner very easy and efficient.

Nice unit, keeps us cool at night.
I managed to get one of these during the 2nd heatwave and now into our 3rd heatwave I've only used it a handful of times. So does it work..? Yes it does. We definitely feel cooler at night and we're extremely grateful to have this given our house is a new build and retains heat extremely well, too well really! Things to know from using so far. The 150cm hose really isn't long enough so I'd invest in an extension hose. I picked one without insulation, this was a mistake. The hose gets extremely hot expelling the hot air so it will just put this heat back into the room. To combat this I've now wrapped the hose in Bubble Wrap Foil to keep the heat in the hose and push more out the window. It's recommeded that hoses don't go over 3m from what I've read as the AC unit just has to work harder to cool the room. Next issue. Window kits look absolutely rubbish and all UK windows tend to open outwards. I ended up buying a sheet of 9mm plywood and making my own venting hole covering the whole of the window. This stops the expelled air from re-entering the house. Pipe supplied is for draining water while in use. It's not long enough to run to a bathroom etc so we just use a bucket at night. Have around 1-2 inches of water on a 6hr use so nothing massive at all. Get one of those orange £1 buckets from B&Q, works great and is super cheap. The comments regarding the noise are quite entertaining. The noise doesn't actually bother me and which is more annoying? The Heat or the noise? I'll take the noise. I've dropped 1 star as I investigated spare parts for the unit and I couldn't find any currently. That's not to say there aren't any, just I've not come across them yet. All in all there's a lot to learn and do to get the best from your AC unit. Recommend....? Yes for smaller homes and rooms. If you have a big living space you'll need a bigger unit / higher BTU. Lots of BTU calculators online.

Very pleased
Cools room nicely, you can attach a garden hose to take the water away but at the moment I'm using a bucket, didn't add much to electric bill, bit noisy but we're running it in the daytime, has remote control which is good, fairly heavy, well made, very pleased.

Great
It's a great portable conditioner unit. Cools down our bedroom pretty fast and has helped us sleep in this heat. It is noisy but for the price what do you expect. Overall really happy with it.

Does the job well but is loud
5/5 for cooling my bedroom in the heatwave but 2/5 for noise. Brought it so we could sleep comfortably and it certainly achieves that. Can nap in the middle of the day in confort. But if you aren't used to loud white noise probably need to invest in something more expensive and less portable. Overall I really like it. Portable so easy to put away. Easy to control with remote when in bed.

A very very noisy expensive fan ?
I’m not convinced… it’s ok until the condenser starts then it’s like a jet engine yes it’s cold but I’m sure this is not working correctly? No directional changes for fan so only blows direct in front no option for left or right!! and the remote has no light up screen at night
