This answer is incorrect. The 16GB DDR5 RAM is the system memory. VRAM is dedicated to the GPU and should really be listed along side the advertised Graphics card.
For instance this system has a, NVIDIA RTX 5060TI 8GB
It would really be helpful to have this in the title as it is a pain to search through the individual specifications and it sometimes still doesnt specify if its 8GB or 16GB which makes a huge difference.
