Easy to use, poor support from manufacturer.
Easy to set up and use, good and reliable BT pairing allowing multiple sources. Easy controls, although with the main control for switching sources is the entire surface of the earpiece, so its quite difficult not to trigger it when putting in the ear. My only gripe is there is no way to register the product on the Belkin website as this model doesn't appear in the product lists, and the Belkin app available on the Android Play Store doesn't operate with this model either. I purchased this model because I was having trouble with my hearing and wanted to override the volume limiter, but was unable to find this under normal BT controls on my phone and other devices.
