This tv remote was to replace one that didn't work very well, the buttons would stick so was difficult to use. The new replace was excellent, we put batteries in and it works straight away. No messing around trying to tun it in to the tv. We would definitely recommend it to use on you Panasonic tv( ours is an old model).

The remote that comes with the Panasonic model TX-55MX800B is a BlueTooth remote, and our remotes work only with Infrared signal.
