The supplier has confirmed. The HP 17-cn3008na laptop does not have a slot for RAM upgrade. It is equipped with 4GB of RAM and does not support additional memory upgrades.

Yes, switching out of Windows 11 S Mode would allow this laptop to run Sage 50.
4GB RAM meets the minimum requirement for Sage 50 however they do recommend 8GB RAM if possible for optimum performance.

Thanks for your query about the HP 17-cn3008na 17.3in N100 4GB 128GB Laptop - Black.
This comes installed with Windows 11 in S-mode, which would not allow you to download and use Chrome on this device. However, you can take the device out of S-mode and then you could download and use Chrome. Please note that, once it's out of S-mode, you cannot put the device back to S-mode. It's an irreversible process.
