The Hisense 5i Series Tumble Dryer is a 10kg heat pump dryer designed to dry laundry efficiently across cottons, synthetics, delicates, wool and sportswear with 18 programmes to choose from. This corded appliance features Power Steam that softens wrinkles and eliminates odours before drying begins, helping you spend less time ironing. The 3.55-inch touch colour display makes selecting programmes simple, and the delayed start function allows you to schedule drying up to 24 hours ahead.
Quick Dry delivers fast results, drying 1kg in 29 minutes or 2kg in 59 minutes, while Silent Dry reduces noise from 60dB to 57dB. This 10kg dryer has an A rating and uses 158kWh annually on the cotton cycle. Sensor drying adjusts to fabric needs, anti-crease keeps garments fresh, and reverse tumble prevents tangling. The reversible door fits any layout, and the front water container plus easy-clean filter simplify upkeep. A drying rack allows tumble-free drying for delicate items. Brilliant
Never had heat pump dryer before, don't know why I waited so long. Brilliant dryer, clothes are less creased, love the drum light and drying rack. I managed to connect to Internet very quickly, very handy having the app especially to monitor energy usage.

TUMBLE DRYER IS NOT "KITCHEN FIT"
When purchasing the Tumble Dryer I saw lots of pictures alongside the Washing Machine and both were termed "Kitchen Fit" and the picture of both side by side looked snug and fitted under the counter. So, we bought both the Series 5i "Kitchen Fit" Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer at the same time. However, what we saw was not what was delivered and installed. The Washing Machine fitted perfectly and snugly under the counter top but the Tumble dryer, promoted as "Kitchen Fit" protrudes out from under the counter by some 3+ inches. The Washing Machine is very, very good and it is recommended, however, do not be fooled by the wording "Kitchen Fit" for the Tumble Dryer as it does not fit in the same way as the Washing Machine does.

Not so good experience
Thumble Dryer is good. However not happy, been told it's 5 years warranty, unfortunately not in NI. It's only for mainlands. Will be returning it back to the shop as bought only 3 days ago.

Quiet!
This is my second heat pump tumble drier. My Beko was becoming very noisy, so much so I could not run it overnight to take advantage of the cheaper rates. So I look at the various option and chose the Hisense due to its 57db silent mode. Well I tested it and its extremely quiet. Very pleased.

No.1 must have in every busy household
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to admit, at first I was a bit sceptical when it comes to tumble dryers. I was afraid of fabrics damage during drying process. However, as a mum of two little ones I quickly realised, I need some help managing tones of laundry. Since a few weeks, I’m a happy owner of the Hisense tumble dryer and little did I know how life changing experience that would be! To start with, I love the design of the machine. It’s smart and shiny, with a lovely colour display. It’s very intuitive in navigating programs, all well explained and easy to choose. But what I love the most about it is ability to control it remotely by using the app. From checking the remaining drying time to energy usage and child locks - all of it can be accessed there. And the clothes - just wow! Come out from drying soft, warm and smelling lovely. I think it’s the best purchase I made in years and I can only regret I haven’t done it sooner. It’s a product I will definitely recommend!

Much needed new appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Hisense Heat Pump for a couple of weeks now and can says it how delighted I am with the quality and performance. Large max 10kg capacity A+++ energy rating with Touch colour display 18 drying programmes which im slowly making my way through also comes with a Drying rack which is a great addition. Can also be controlled through my smartphone with the ConnectLife app I love the power steam setting wrinkle free and ouderless comfort which is great for my work shirts no need to iron, also the Silent dry which is ideal as my son works overnight shifts so he sleeps during the day when I generally use the tumble dryer. Also when I purchased the hisense Heat Pump Tumble Dryer through AO and becomning a Member the warranty is got was 5 years instead of the standard 2 years when I registered the warranty. I would definitely recommend love it.

The dryer must be in a well-ventilated room with a temperature between 10°C and 25°C. It should never be placed where freezing can occur, as frozen water in the condensate tank or pump can damage the appliance. If the temperature drops below 10°C, condensate may accumulate inside the dryer, affecting performance. To use it in an outbuilding, ensure the space is insulated, frost-free, and maintains the recommended temperature range.
