[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to admit, at first I was a bit sceptical when it comes to tumble dryers. I was afraid of fabrics damage during drying process. However, as a mum of two little ones I quickly realised, I need some help managing tones of laundry. Since a few weeks, I’m a happy owner of the Hisense tumble dryer and little did I know how life changing experience that would be! To start with, I love the design of the machine. It’s smart and shiny, with a lovely colour display. It’s very intuitive in navigating programs, all well explained and easy to choose. But what I love the most about it is ability to control it remotely by using the app. From checking the remaining drying time to energy usage and child locks - all of it can be accessed there. And the clothes - just wow! Come out from drying soft, warm and smelling lovely. I think it’s the best purchase I made in years and I can only regret I haven’t done it sooner. It’s a product I will definitely recommend!

Much needed new appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Hisense Heat Pump for a couple of weeks now and can says it how delighted I am with the quality and performance. Large max 10kg capacity A+++ energy rating with Touch colour display 18 drying programmes which im slowly making my way through also comes with a Drying rack which is a great addition. Can also be controlled through my smartphone with the ConnectLife app I love the power steam setting wrinkle free and ouderless comfort which is great for my work shirts no need to iron, also the Silent dry which is ideal as my son works overnight shifts so he sleeps during the day when I generally use the tumble dryer. Also when I purchased the hisense Heat Pump Tumble Dryer through AO and becomning a Member the warranty is got was 5 years instead of the standard 2 years when I registered the warranty. I would definitely recommend love it.

Something perfect

From the very first drying session, I was immediately impressed by its performance. The clothes and socks come out incredibly soft, and my partner can’t stop complimenting how pleasantly fluffy everything feels after drying. Most of the programs are remarkably quiet, which makes running the dryer at any time of day completely stress-free. It really enhances the overall user experience and adds a modern, smart touch to the appliance. After several days of use, I can confidently say that this dryer delivers exceptional results consistently. It combines efficiency, convenience, and thoughtful design, making laundry chores much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly tumble dryer.

Very very impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a quick adopter to heat pump tumble dryers I am nuanced with the difficulties they present when wanting fully dried clothes. This Hisense dryer however has completely changed my perspective. Firstly, the drum is huge, more than adequate for tackling daily live to drying bedding. The interior light helps in the early morning when changing washing before heading to work, as does the panel for selecting the vast array of programmes from towels to delicates. Being able to adjust not only the drying degree,ie very dry, cupboard dry etc, but also being about to adjust the temperature of the cycle is a feature I’ve never had that much control over, but it allows me to make sure it’s running at the optimum levels for the load it’s drying. From the start, the setup was easy, from the qr code to make sure you download the correct app, to the step by step support of the machine to make sure it’s online and all connected made it a very user friendly experience. I’ve not yet used the remote operation feature, but getting a notification the the dryer is finished, even when out of the house, means I can alert the teenagers there are chores to be done in my absence. The controls of the machine are simple, with a dial to select the programme you want, and then additional buttons under the display to adjust the settings. My favourite part of this is 5e summary it gives you once complete to say how much energy the cycle has used, for someone who likes to keep on top of my household energy consumption, this was a welcome addition. My only issue with the controls, is that the power on button and the start/button do not light up. This would make loading and starting the machine in minimal light a lot easier. The machine will also adjust the length of the cycle depending of the settings, so that it is always running efficiently. My final point is about the noise, it is almost silent. It makes so little noise compared to my last machine, that you only really hear the noise of the clothes moving around inside the drum. Overall I am mightily impressed with the machine and the job it does. It’s convinced me to maybe look at other Hisense products for the kitchen, as well as making me think that you do get what you pay for, and for an item you use on a daily basis, maybe paying that little bit more brings you a product that outperforms your expectations.

An EFFICIENT dryer with premium build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this tumble dryer just under a month and I am well impressed with its performance and ease of use. In a quick summary, it is an efficient dryer with multiple drying options which cover most of our household requirements. . Personally, I like the quick dry option which is ideal for last minute work wear urgency. Eco option provides the best drying performance when you have the full capacity with the best efficiency. Noice level is very low which makes it ideal to run during the quite hours of night and also good in my pocket for better use of low electricity night tariff. In terms of quality of the dryer parts and build, it is very robust and you can definitely feel the premium material which is used to make the glass panel in the front and the inside drum. The touch colour interface is quite intuitive, and works well along with the rotating dial which is of really good quality. I have not extensively used the Connect life App for all the functions, but it does provide a good data if you would like to monitor the electricity usage. The Hisense 5i Series Tumble Dryer provides fast, efficient drying with innovative features which is easy to use and energy savings, making it a good choice for modern households.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Hisense dryer for a couple of weeks and it’s been working really well so far. The biggest thing I noticed straight away is how quiet it is. My old dryer used to make a loud rumbling noise and you couldn’t really do much else in the same room when it was running. With this one it’s more of a low background sound, so I can have it on in the evening and it doesn’t disturb the house. The controls are simple to use. The main dial lets you pick the program and the display tells you how long it’s going to take. It also shows the countdown clearly, so I know when a load will be finished. It’s straightforward and I didn’t need the manual to figure it out. There are a few different settings I’ve already used. The quick dry has been really handy when I’ve needed clothes ready the same day, and it does the job fine for smaller loads. The normal cycles handle bigger washes and bedding without any problems, and everything comes out dry without them being too hot. There’s also a gentler option which works well for t-shirts and other lighter items. The drum is a good size and can take a decent amount of washing in one go too. I’ve managed to do sheets and duvet covers together which saves a lot of time. Emptying the water tank and cleaning the filter are both easy jobs and only take a minute. Overall, it’s been reliable, easy to use, and much quieter than I expected. It has the right features without being too overly complicated, and it does exactly what I need from a dryer. I’d be happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a simple but effective machine.
