Very happy with new dishwasher, the cutlery tray*
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good and easy to use. My favourite feature is the cutlery tray instead of having a holder it has its own tray where you can neatly place cutlery and larger knifes etc. it feels a lot safer. A friendly recently slipped and hurt themselves on the normal upright knife holder. The 1 hour wash works well. You can also easily set timer to start the wash at night for cheaper energy.

Unusable spray arm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spray arm on the upper shelf is so poorly designed you are unable to close the dishwasher. You have to physically manipulate the spray arm to shut the door. Already had the Hisense repair service who snapped the arm on ispection and has had to put a new one on order. I am unable to use my dishwasher at all.

Great product
Bought this dishwasher over a month ago and I need to say that efficiency is brilliant. Money save washing programs are indeed helpful. Quick program won’t handle wash for family of five but everything else work as expected.

A Surpringly Brilliant Ugrade!
As a long-time dishwasher devotee—35 years and counting—I’ve always believed the appliance had reached its peak. I’d choose a dishwasher over a washing machine any day, and frankly, I thought any new “innovation” was just marketing fluff. Enter Hisense, stage left, to prove me wrong. Installation & Setup I had a dedicated space for the machine, but no plumbing in place, which turned out to be a blessing. It allowed me to plan the install around the dishwasher’s dimensions for a snug, almost flush fit. One minor quibble: the waste pipe positioning could have caused the unit to protrude, but I sidestepped that by drilling through the adjacent cabinet—problem solved, and the result looks sharp. A small suggestion for improvement: the anti-flood device on the inlet hose is quite bulky. If it were detachable, it would make threading the hose through existing cabinetry much easier. For new installations like mine, it’s manageable, but for a straight swap, it might require some creative carpentry. Design & Usability Physically, the machine is sleek and modern. The absence of physical buttons makes it easy to clean and user-friendly—especially for those with dexterity challenges. I’d love to see the touch panel go fully flush with the door in future models for an even cleaner look. One tiny usability tweak: the power button could be more visible. Rather than making it garishly obvious, a subtle backlight that activates when the door is closed or the panel is touched would be ideal. Once you do find it, the interface lights up and reveals a beautifully simple control system. Read the Manual (Seriously) Unlike me, take a moment to read the manual. Properly setting water hardness and rinse aid levels makes a noticeable difference. If you’re using all-in-one tablets, make sure to configure the settings accordingly. My previous dishwasher had a dedicated button for this, which made switching between detergent types easier. Here, it requires a trip into the settings—not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. Interior Layout & Flexibility This is where Hisense truly shines. The absence of a traditional cutlery basket frees up a huge amount of space. Instead, there’s a top-level cutlery drawer that’s a joy to use—grouping items neatly and making unloading a breeze. No more spoon-on-spoon crime leading to half-clean utensils. The drawer even has sliding panels to accommodate taller glasses below. The middle rack (cups, bowls, etc.) adjusts effortlessly without needing to be emptied, and the foldable holders allow for custom configurations. The lower basket is cavernous and equally flexible. It genuinely feels like Hisense consulted real users and actually listened. Bonus points for the aesthetic touches—grey and blue detailing on the baskets caught my partner’s eye immediately. And the detergent drawer? Deep enough to fit a tablet without the usual squashing and praying. Small detail, big win. Performance Let’s talk results. I’ve tested every program, and thankfully, there aren’t too many. The “Auto” mode is the star—it adapts the cycle time based on load and soil level, sometimes by as much as 45 minutes. The results? Spotless. Streak-free. Effortless. The door pops open at the end to release steam, meaning dishes are dry and ready to put away—no need for the dreaded tea towel finish. And the noise level? Practically non-existent. In my open-plan kitchen-lounge-diner, I often forget it’s running. There’s even a night mode, but honestly, Auto is so quiet it renders it redundant. Final Thoughts Hisense has nailed it. This dishwasher is intuitive, stylish, and genuinely improves on what I thought was already perfect. Now, everything else in my kitchen looks outdated, sounds like a jet engine, and requires a PhD to operate. Bravo, Hisense. I’m impressed.

Great features and reliable
Having previously owned a high-performing but aging dishwasher, I approached this new Hisense model with a degree of scepticism. However, given my positive experience with other Hisense appliances—namely a washing machine and tumble dryer—I felt confident enough to give it a try. Upon delivery, I inspected the unit thoroughly. The build quality appears solid and well-constructed overall. One minor observation: the plastic panel at the base feels somewhat flimsy. Fortunately, as this component serves a purely aesthetic purpose, it doesn’t affect functionality. I also noticed small gaps along the sides (visible in the photos), but these turned out to be inconsequential and not indicative of any defect. Installation was straightforward and hassle-free. Once in place, I examined the interior—and this is where the dishwasher truly impressed me. The internal layout is thoughtfully designed, with all the necessary adjustments for efficient use. The upper rack is height-adjustable, and there's an additional cutlery tray that can be repositioned to accommodate taller items on the lower shelf. These features add a level of flexibility that I greatly appreciate. The dishwasher is fully digital, which I find particularly convenient. I primarily use the Auto program and have been consistently satisfied with the results. Dishes come out exceptionally clean and sparkling—almost as if they were brand new. I’ve also tested other settings such as Eco, Night, and Quick Wash, all of which delivered excellent performance. Overall, I can confidently recommend this dishwasher. It’s a modern, reliable appliance with smart features and outstanding cleaning results. Hisense continues to impress with its commitment to quality and user-friendly design.

Sleek & efficient with excellent performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am extremely pleased with this dishwasher and I highly recommend it. The cleaning performance is excellent. I usually stick to the ECO programme and everything comes out spotless, I haven't had any issues at all with the machine. The dishwasher is much more efficient than my previous machine. I noticed a roughly 10% drop in my monthly energy bill which is fantastic. This machine has a hot water inlet which makes it much more energy efficient. I also love how much room there is in this dishwasher. I am used to having a cutlery basket which takes up space on the bottom shelf. In this dishwasher you have a dedicated cutlery tray which gives you so much more room for plates etc. It helps keep cutlery organised and is much easier when you come to empty the machine. I run my dishwasher overnight and with my old machine the plates and cutlery were still wet when emptying in the morning. This machine completely solves that problem by automatically opening the door after the wash programme is finished. This lets all of the steam escape and allows everything to dry which is so much better. Only negative experience I have really had is that the touch controls were a bit fiddly at first. I am old fashioned and prefer physical buttons, but after a few days I have gotten used to it and I can really appreciate how sleek the overall look of the machine is. The touch interface is completely hidden until you turn the machine on and it looks great.

Great features and extremely quiet
Had the washer for a few weeks and so far very Impressed, the fast 15 minute cycle is amazing and when running on all programs its so silent, loads of room in the top middle and bottom racks and cutlery rack spaces pieces nicely rather than cramming it all in a basket
