Disappointed
This is my 2nd straightener in 10 years. Exactly the same product as before but this time the lock is broken making it unable to take away. Unfortunately I destroyed the box and can’t find receipt. Just a small fault which makes a big difference to a great product.

They don’t seem as hot as my old ones and don’t really glide so I often catch my hair and it pulls as it goes through. The end result is okay.

Great features
I have very fine thin hair a bought these straighteners on the makers spec, and I’m not disappointed as the perform exceptionally well. Temperature control can be locked in, glide effortlessly, no drag. They are perfect!

Very good straightener
I bought this to replace an existing (non-Remington) straightener that was starting to fail and I didn't want to be without one! I primarily chose this one as it was half price and had the variable temperature control function that I'd been used to. It's a great feature to be able to 'lock' the desired temperature into place, especially when the controls are on the side of the straightener. It stops your hands from accidentally pressing them and changing the temperature by mistake or switching it off. I find that it gives a nice smoothness to my hair and doesn't pull or tug. I've been very pleased with the results so far
