Overall build seems OK and cleans quite well though normally have to give extra spin to dry clothes better. Start button a bit temperamental when want to start a push button would have been better and not a electronic one with sense touch.overall m/c is reasonably good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking Machine, although looks a bit bigger than my old machine. Very easy to use, intuitive and few controls so that makes everything so much easier. The Machine has all the settings you would expect plus a few other useful settings, including a useful quick refresh wash at 14 minutes. The Machine has a large door as well that is easy to open and close. Its a very quiet machine when running, and the delayed start is a nice option to have. It is only cold fill, but is A rated so cost effective at heating the water for a wash. Overall we are very pleased with the washing machine, its looks and performance.

Absolutely Excellent Gadget (AEG)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new 9kg AEG washing machine, it is super easy to use and comes with an excellent choice of handy programmes such as a 14 minute refresh, 30 and 60 minute washes. I like the fact that it is not over complicated and contains a sensible selection for every day needs and the drum size is perfect for a medium or large family. The clothes come out smelling and looking clean and fresh. The only slight drawback is I wish the drawer would glide a little more smoothly. I’m am overall very happy with my new washer and definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this machine because my old machine was passed its useful life. I love that the dials are very simple. It’s just got one dial and the programs are very clear to read. The 14 minute refresh cycle is a really good idea for things that just need a little freshen up without going through a long cleaning cycle. There’s just an an off button and other than that it looks really simple.there’s the option of switching up or down the temperature and also the spin cycles. Something really important for me on a washing machine is the timer function.

Brilliant machine!
I've upgraded my 15 year old washing machine for a new 9kg AEG one and what a positive difference straight away. The time saving functions for washes are great and do a really good clean in such a short time. There are loads of options to choose from and I haven't tried them all yet but overall I couldn't be happier with it so far. The machine is pretty easy to navigate even though it might seem daunting to some at first.

Check for an emergency release mechanism
Many front-loaders, including AEG models, have a manual release cord near the filter or behind the kick panel. It’s usually a small plastic tab or string you pull to release the door.
Power cycle the machine
Turn off the machine at the mains and unplug it for a few minutes. This can reset the control board and release the door if it’s stuck due to a software glitch.
Inspect for installation issues
Since it’s just been installed, the door might be misaligned. Check that the machine is level and that the door hinges aren’t obstructed or overly tight.
Check the door seal and latch
Debris or misalignment in the seal or latch can prevent the door from opening. Gently clean around the seal and inspect the latch for any visible issues.
