Sturdy!
Very pleased with this. It is a clever design, with steel legs bracing a plastic trunk holder. When put together it becomes a very sturdy mount for the tree. And it can be filled up with water too. Recommended!

Bought last minute because my old stand broke. This was stand was hard work and took ages go get the tree upright. Didn’t last long and had to wedge wood inside. Think if you bought a tree with a thick trunk it would work. Will buy a new one next year!

Surprisingly steady - with assistance though.
The stand was able to secure a 2 metre tall tree with a large 9cm diameter base but it did need wedges under two of the legs to stabilise it because it was sitting on carpet. It was helpful to be able to keep the base topped up with water to counteract the heating affect of central heating.

The item definitely has 4 screws as per the image.
The item can support trees up to 2M in height with a maximum trunk diameter of 11cm.
