About this product
Sit back and relax while this Dreame robot vacuum cleaner does all the work for you. With smart AI action and camera, it dodges obstacles like cables, toys, and rogue socks, even in the dark. Its pathfinder navigation technology decides the cleaning path by scanning the whole room, so you won't find a spec of dust left behind. And with VersaLift, it'll go under your sofas to take out any dust mites lurking there. Just connect your phone to the Dreamehome app and ask it to do the weekend cleaning, while you watch a movie.
The ProLeap system climbs obstacles up to 6 cm and absorbs shocks for quieter cleaning. Retractable Legs lift to cross door tracks, thresholds, and U-shaped furniture. With the highest leap in its class, X50 Ultra delivers next-gen cleaning.
With 3D structured light and AI, X50 Ultra identifies up to 200 objects, including pet waste. It maps in 3D to detect and avoid small items like wires and socks, while safely navigating close to larger ones like shoes and charging bases.
X50 Ultra delivers powerful suction up to 20,000 Pa, tackling dirt in carpets, tiles, and marble floors. With five cleaning modes, it adapts to every surface, leaving no mess behind—even deep in fibres or between gaps.
HyperStream Detangling DuoBrush prevents tangles, handling hair up to 30 cm long. Its air duct lifts hair for smooth cleaning. Dual brushes boost efficiency across floors and carpets, while reducing noise and enhancing overall performance.

Great machine, working well
Used to own a Roomba (very early model) and that always did a decent enough job given it could only drive around bouncing off things. It was high maintenance, especially removing hair from the brush bars. Had this for around 3 weeks now and it's so far ahead of old Roomba. Worked out the home layout quickly, doesn't run into everything, the base station reduces the workload down to next to nothing. It's been vacuuming and mopping the downstairs of the house daily (around 50 sq meters), mix of tile, carpet and laminate. Ran the nearly news Dyson over the downstairs a few days ago to get the edges and it picked up very little extra dirt, would have expected a half full machine and a fair amount of dusty powder, hair etc but mostly just some door mat fluff and very little else. Mopping has been equally good, it took a few days but the waste tank water is now a lot clearer and both the tiles and laminate look better. Upstairs cleaning is a bit more of a faff, only 1 tiled floor in the bathroom and I haven't been able to get 'clean genius' mode to vacuum first then mop after fitting the pads. Just end up telling to vacuum only then do a standalone mop task after. App works nicely, lots of configuration options for the machine and the base station, its using tiny amounts of the cleaning fluid per cycle and, like the older Roomba, has reduced the amount of dust with the daily vacuum. Seems to be a fairly durable machine so far, brush bars are working as designed and not collecting tangled hair, little bit of lint build up around the front wheel axle on one side and I've already had to change the base station vacuum bag.

Good but not perfect
Good at mapping but doesn't wash up chocolate like my previous ecovacs deebot x2 did and does not get into corners All robots should have Square fronts like the deebot and then they would, makes no logic sense to be round

robot works well, but
I’ve been using my robot hoover for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really happy with this purchase. It saves me a lot of time. I use it every day and it keeps my house pretty clean. However, I’ve noticed a few small issues. It sometimes gets confused, occasionally bumps into walls, and doesn’t always handle my thick rug consistently. Sometimes it avoids it, and other times it gets stuck in the same spot. Overall, I’m still very happy with this robot and I definitely recommend it. I just think the manufacturer should improve the software a bit.

Great robot poor support
Great machine definitely top of the market. Does an excellent job both mopping and vacuuming. A few blips through. Only likes rectangular rooms ..diagonals are a no no. Map editing isn’t easy on a phone and partitioning a room an arduous task requiring preciseness using a finger on a small screen. I would have given it 5 stars but support is very poor. Seems to be run by an AI with endless apologies and requests for information which is on their files already and no interest in addressing the issue posed to them. What was a minor issue which I’m sure could be easily solved ( but still hasn’t ) has become an irritant detracting from the excellent qualify of the robot.

Working perfectly fine, i love it!!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick delivery, working without any failure. Happy to buy! Also can work perfect while my dog and his toys are around. No need to arrange the house, it seems that they solved the old version of cleaning robot’s getting stuck problem. Very happy with it!!

Brilliant Clean, But No Matter Support Yet
The Dreame X50 Ultra Complete is genuinely impressive in day-to-day cleaning. The suction is strong, the mopping pressure actually lifts dirt rather than smearing it, and the base station takes care of most of the maintenance. Navigation is reliable, edging is decent, and the app is straightforward. The one big disappointment is smart-home support. Dreame’s own documentation says the X50 supports Matter, but it simply isn’t available yet. For a machine at this price, that gap between marketing and reality is frustrating.

Everything I hoped it would be
My daughter has one of these in Germany and I saw it in action when I visited. Despite being of an older generation I was able to set it up including scanning both upstairs and downstairs. As I also have a lot of carpet in my house I didn't want the mop heads attached while it was vacuuming so I have set it up to leave them at the base station and then go back and get them when mopping starts. The only issue I have is that I can't get the side brush to activate whilst vacuuming. It activates while sweeping non carpet floors.
