So far I am very very impressed
So far I am very very impressed. This is a very powerful piece of kit. It cleans my floors effortlessly, and leaves them really dry. I had the swab dirtmaster and the Dreame machine is far superior. I use it every day as it is just so easy to use. I highly recommend it to everyone. I’ll never go back to other brands

Bought this from the dreame store after being recommended this model. For the entry level machine it’s very impressive. Comes with all the good features you would expect in a more pricey machine. Having full length brush roll makes cleaning efficient and easier, the self cleaning and drying is also very effective. The voice assisting you clean is quite handy. Love how the machine will tell you how to use it and if there’s any issues like not enough water or if the tank is full. Machine is quite easy to clean out too. The little extras included shows how this is a well designed product. Everything from the cleaning brush included that has a small blade that pops out to de-tangle any hair to having removable compartments for the charging station for storing everything in one place. However some improvements would be - better auto mode/boost setting. Found that the sensor wasn’t detecting dirt like my Dyson vacuum would. The ultra mode doesn’t boost the suction or increase the water dispersion just fizzes the water. - doesn’t clean greasy or dried on mess very well. - no carry handle - edge cleaning isn’t very effective. Found that it struggles picking up and cleaning directly to the edges Other smaller issues were not cleaning under furniture and being a little difficult to manoeuvre. However the h14 and newer models did solace this issue with a better design. Overall it’s a great product and I would highly recommend if you can get it on sale.

Everything is good I liked Dresme H12 pro then I regretted that I didn't buy the H12 dual because it's 4 in 1. but I'm still satisfied

AMAZUNG product, I have a Labrador who is still potty training and she's like no one's business, we got hard flooring put down a few weeks ago and this has been a god send, my only gripe is it doesn't leave any nice smell like a mop and floor clear would ...but other then that it is a great little machine.
