My JBL headphones stopped working despite charging after a few days of purchasing them. I only used them for a week. Having said that my son's are still working alright, he got his 2 months ago. Otherwise the sound is very good

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Tune 530BT does not feature active noise cancellation and relies on a tight on-ear fit for passive noise reduction. You may want to check our JBL Tune 660NC or Tune 770NC which features ANC.
