Would not connect to wifi
Refused to connect to my WiFi network despite recognising it correctly. Entered WiFi password 3 times - no good. Cost me £80 for technician call-out who ran all tests but confirmed the WiFi would not connect. Returned for refund and bought Amazon fire stick which connected fine.

Unique features but lacking elsewhere.
I bought this to enable airplay/screen mirroring from my iPhone to Phillips Ambilight TV as other streaming sticks did not offer this feature. It is good but lacks a wited connection and so relies on wi-fi. Certain apps seem to have no connection issues, but others are quite temperamental with connection frequently being lost (could be my internet). Lacks a TV guide that shows the main UK channels in one listing.

Elegant and effective solution for an older TV
I've got a Panasonic Viera TV which is about 11 years old. It never allowed access to ITVX since it was introduced and recently access to My5 catchup TV had ceased to function. The Rocu stick enables connectivity to both and means I do not need to get a new TV. I still have access to live TV, I can play DVDs, my HDD recorder still works fine and I can switch between each with a really cool Rocu remote control. The Rocu stick fits neatly behind the TV panel and I am very happy with my choice. Great job!!

Poor Connection
I have a slight problem with this device, that it is very poor on picking up a Wi-Fi signal. The interface on the device is actually very good and is very easy to use and the item is very portable. The 4K resolution is very good although it doesn’t work in full UHD on my TV even though it is 4K ready. The connectivity is a problem because I am unable to get a full signal from my router to the device, even though it is only one room apart. A Wi-Fi extender is needed to be able to get it to connect at full signal, even though I am on 500 Mb per second connection speed, it still will not connect correctly at more than one megabits per second
