I bought this mobile phone about two weeks ago. With Nokia being a well know brand, it is good quality, great price and a great phone.

Needed a phone quickly for a relative. Works ok for messaging, phone calls not great. Massive echo when not on speaker phone, makes conversations difficult. Having to replace after 3 weeks.

Bought this as a replacement due to 3g switch off but after navigating it myself as the instructions are barely useful, I put the sim card in and one of the sim trays was flappy and the other broken. I had to return it for a more expensive model.

Carefully remove the back cover of the phone. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s). Ensure the metal contacts face downwards. Then, insert the battery, aligning the contacts. Replace the back cover until it clicks securely.
