The EVO 8 Inch Dino Balance Bike helps toddlers build coordination and confidence as they learn to steer and glide. Its playful dinosaur design and adjustable frame grow with your child, whilst the lightweight build makes it easier for little ones to control. Each ride helps develop the balance skills they'll need when they move to pedal bikes.
It's designed for children aged 2 years and over with a height of 80-100cm, with 8-inch wheels suited to early learners. The steel frame is sturdy yet light at 2.6kg. The adjustable seat and handlebars adapt as your child grows. EVA puncture-proof tyres keep maintenance simple. Removable stabilisers provide extra support until they're ready to balance independently. Maximum rider weight is 20kg. Self-assembly required with protective equipment recommended for safe riding.

Great bike if all the parts are present
The bike is great for a little one who requires the smaller 8 inch wheels. We purchased two, one to be kept at our grandsons house and one at our home. Fortunately the one we gave our grandson at Christmas was faultless, the other one, unwrapped over new year was missing parts which resulted in a very disappointed little boy. The Argos online system was a complete faff, so I returned the bike because of the missing parts and refusing to pay to speak to a technician in order to have the parts sent to me. Needless to say I purchased a similar bike made by the same company from a different supplier. The staff member at Argos returns Cheltenham could not have been more helpful.

This balance bike has been an absolute delight for my toddler. The dino‑head on the front gives it such playful character—my little one couldn't resist hopping on right away. Assembly was a breeze; the instructions are straightforward, and the frame is lightweight—just under 3 kg—so even lifting it into the car is no problem. The handlebars and seat are at just the right level for little ones to learn to balance and glide—ideal for indoor or outdoor fun. It’s also sturdy and well‑made given the price point.

Dino balance bike
My son absolutely loves this bike and it came with all the tools to get up and rolling, all the parts were easy to put together and I found it quite self explanatory, all the parts were packed nicely and separated accordingly.

Great bike for the price, shame about the manual
This is a great little first balance bike. It’s brightly coloured and really good value for money. My only bug bare is that it didn’t come with any instructions which made putting it together tricky. The dinosaur head also pops off a bit too easily.

Solid little bike
This is a solid wee bike! My six year old is using it with no problems and will still get some use it of it for a while. Its quite cute and its also lighter than any of our other balance bikes. Its well worth the purchase, the dinosaur design is just the icing on the cake for my dino mad boy.

Very cute and stylish. Suitable for 2 years. From 3 onwards, it might be too small. I have been looking for one for a while, because all other scooters are too big for 3 years old. This was a very loved and suitable gift.

Really sturdy bike!
This is a great little balance bike. It feels really sturdy and I appreciate that both the seat and the handlebar height are adjustable to extend the longevity of it for us. I wasn't quite sure on the dinosaur head design to begin with, but my son absolutely loves it (it can be removed too if not your style!). Aside from that, it was simple to put together and the tyres have great tread on them so should hopefully be suitable for different terrains during the cooler months. I think we will get a lot of use out of it!
