Good product, complex to install
Quality product which is great now installed but the installation is complex and defeated my tech-savvy husband. Road Angel have a partnership with Halfords for professional installation and we resorted to this, they were good and it is now working well but it took time to get an appointment, plus the added expense and hassle. I guess it's worthwhile to have it done right and it will hopefully safeguard us now, as husband spends a lot of time driving for work and there's a lot of idiots on the roads.

I'm really unhappy with my purchase. I bought the Halo Guardian and Hardwire kit and there are no instructions anywhere!Ā I've been on the website and the link to download won't work, I've tried the QR code and that won't work.Ā I feel like I've been ripped off, I've got equipment I can't use, and I opened them to look for instructions, so I can't take them back either!Ā

Our supplier has advised that the Road Angel Halo Guardian 2K LCD Dual Dash Cam is connected via a 7m Long Wire, which is usually fed along the car trim and tucked away entirely when professionally installed, and then plugged into the rear-cam at the rear windscreen.

Our supplier has advised that the Road Angel Halo Guardian 2K LCD Dual Dash Cam rear camera does not need to be plugged in for the front camera to work. Please remember that if the rear camera is not plugged in then no rear footage will be recorded.
