Game changing sleep quality
This device arrived quickly and well packed. Easy to assemble and operate we saw a noticeable difference in sleep quality by having this on in the bedroom on automatic overnight. Very quiet and energy efficient this has been a real game changer in improving air quality and aiding better sleep.

This machine is marvelous, after many sleepless nights this has helped so much with my allergies, its so quite I cannot hear it, I switch off the lights so it doesn't cause a problem, my bedroom is a different room when I walk into it, the air is so different its amazing. I also sleep more peacefully.

So impressed!
I purchased this after reading about how air purifier can make your sleep space better and healthier. Since using it I did feel it improved air quality and reduce allergens and I wasn’t so congested when I woke up. I have recently used it in the kitchen to reduce smells of cooking and excess smoke. Within minutes the smoke had cleared and the smell of cooking had massively reduced as well. It was really easy to assemble and use. There is so much information on the website how to use the device and I do find customer services at Shark exceptional (not directly for this item, but another Shark product)

Purifies the air of pollutants
Bought this to help with cooking smells. It does not help. It’s great for purifying the air of all pollutants but cooking odours still remain The item itself is light in weight. The display is great. It’s quiet once the optimum purity has been reached. Can’t fault it. But disappointed with the cooking odour which I thought it would help with

Brought this as my husband suffers really bad from hey fever But we now have it on all the time It flashes red when my little doggy has the toots and you can see it going up as it cleans the tooty air away its great for the kitchen as an extra air cleaner especially if you cook with garlic using this during cooking the smell goes pretty quickly where without it still lingers in the morning in

The Shark NeverChange Air Purifier is very effective at reducing smoke in the air. Its HEPA filtration captures 99.98% of smoke particles and helps reduce odors and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
The filters are available to be purchased separately on the Shark Clean website.
We do not have an official decibel measurement available for it. We recommend using the "Auto-Mode" for a house with pets, as it makes it easier for the air purifier to properly regulate the air at all times.

This air purifier is equipped with a 3-stage HEPA filter that is designed to capture 99.98% of particles down to the 0.1–0.2 micron range, plus odors and VOCs (volatile organic compounds). The cylindrical structure pulls air through the front and back sides of the air purifier and passes it through the HEPA filter. Particles such as smoke, mold, and allergens are then trapped in the HEPA filter, allowing only clean air to be sent back into your space.

Yes, the Shark NeverChange5 Air Purifier can help reduce smells in a closed room, but it will not "draw" odors out of furniture. Its activated carbon filter absorbs household odors and odor-causing compounds that are airborne, but the source of the smell must be addressed directly for full removal.
