A great phone.. just not for me

I did find that some features like the camera runs very slow and not the best quality image. The battery lasts DAYS which is great. This is a great phone for someone not too bothered about camera and social media, it’s a really strong & robust phone for someone who wants a phone to call & text

Good for the price paid.
I've had the phone for a few weeks now and it's good for the price paid. Some juddering/slowness and a few small issues, but good overall. The graphics and battery life are excellent.

Great performance,at this price cant fault
Currently using a samsung A26 bought the tcl for my dad however will be looking at tcl phones when im through with this as were easily as good as my samsung to use. Only gave it a 4 outta 5 as the displays not quite as good but bear in mind tho i paid £250 for the samsung,at the price i paid for the TCL they are outstanding value 👍

Not a bad phone for the price...
Bought this as a first phone for my son, and to allow us to track each other as a family using the Life360 app - however this phone keeps turning the Battery Optimization setting back on that the app needs disabled for accurate location tracking which our Samsungs don't, so this is very annoying. That said, otherwise the phone does what we need it to do with Whatsapp, Calls, SMS and other apps so far, and can't complain about the price and spec otherwise - recommended if you want a budget phone (and don't plan to use Life 360!)

Decent phone on a budget

The camera quality is good. Apps can be downloaded from the play store as it is an Android phone. It doesn’t involve a charger so had to buy it separately.

I also don't get great signal on this device compared to my older phone (which I've gone back to). Camera is good quality and clear. It is quite a large phone Compared to newer phones which was a negative for me.

Confusing phone
I have had this for a few weeks now and I'm finding it the most awkward phone I've ever owned. It's a chore to turn it off, the setup is rubbish, why do I need a 6 digit pass code?
