Works well but design hasn’t evolved over years.
Similar design to my old one that I have had for years. Works well but hasn’t evolved. I am annoyed by the sticky red safety label on the top of the unit that has now left sticky residue on my brand new unit. Who came up with this awful idea?

Happy with upgraded model so far
Ordered to replace slightly smaller 7.5ltr ninja. Used practically every day but started to smoke a little too much when roasting the sausages that decided after 5 years it didn’t owe me anything so happy to upgrade. Not used much since it’s arrived but overall looks like it’ll be as popular as the older model. One thing I’ve noticed that will annoy me is that you have to turn the dial to the heat setting you require and then press the dial to start. Twice now whilst pressing to start I’ve moved the dial to dehydrate !! I’ll get used to that I'm sure. My old liners will work in this new model fine, along with the racks, which by the way are perfect for slotting in mini pancakes and re-heating.

Bought direct as worked out cheapest option
Am loving this so far after owning for a month. Having to get used to no paddle but the 2 large drawers make cooking for the whole family of 5 in 1 go much better. Simple to use.

Ninja airfryer
It works really well, still quite new so can’t comment on longer term use. Been pleased with it.

Great airfryer, definitely recommend
Works really well, easy to use and adjust cooking times etc, saves a lot of time. Will be great when we have no kitchen during building work

Easy to use with great results
Easy to use and great results with everything I’ve tried so far! The recipe book is fab and I’ve tried several things already. The banana muffins are a bit hit.

Just what I needed
Brilliant, just what I needed to cut down energy wastage from using the oven to cook small amounts. The oven is all but redundant at the moment 😀

Upgraded ninja fryer
2nd ninja air fryer upgrade. Great product gives a good quality low fat alternative to traditional frying/roasting. Look forward to experimenting with baking and casseroling. Very easy to clean.

The clearance for all sides of the air fryer that we recommend is at least 15.24 cm.
The DZ400UK has a total cooking capacity of 9.5 L when both drawers are included, whereas the DZ300UK offers only 7.6 L. There is no difference in cooking performance between these two models, as they share the same functions. The dial is sturdy and can only be damaged by sudden shocks, such as dropping the appliance.
We can confirm that the colour of this air fryer does not fully match the kettle and toaster, as their black finish is more pronounced.
Yes - get a tea towel and pull on handle.
Yes, the crisper plates are detachable by pressing down on one corner of the crisper plate if it`s stuck.
The drawers are made with a PTFE coating and the crisper plates are non-stick aluminum with a nano-ceramic coating. The unit's exterior is BPA-free.
The exhaust vent is located on the back side of the unit. This area will heat up during cooking and steam will be released. Be sure to keep the unit at least 12cm away from any other surfaces.
