The end lift mechanism lets you access all that storage without awkward manoeuvring, you just lift from the foot of the bed. The frame sits just 2cm off the floor, so there's hardly any gap for dust to gather underneath. You'll need to put it together with assistance, and it's much easier with two people to help with the lifting. The headboard comes included and fixes securely to the frame.
