Below my expectations From the brand
The case and the EarPods are too light, the design is difficult to get the EarPids out of the case, takes too long to connect, not easy to use as it doesn’t respond to the tapping promptly, the fall off my ear constantly. I almost regret buying them as a replacement for the more expensive fruit brand. I got them as I love my speakers (JBL) but really disappoint in any way including the sound quality.

Solid peformance from Ear Buds
I bought these ear buds about 3 weeks ago and have been delighted with the sound quality. My only criticism is that the noise cancelling feature is not that effective and there appears little difference between when it is activated and when it is turned off. They can also be a little tricky to extract from their case.

Overall not a bad product to be fair. Like all earphones can be tricky to stay in but these are pretty good and well built and actually stay in once in. Great sound quality and well worth the price and I highly recommend them.

Thanks for your question. You can customize the gesture controls on our JBL Tune Flex 2 via the JBL Headphones App. This includes adding volume control and assigning it to either the left or right earbud, whichever works best for you.
1 would want to use the JBL to listen to tv. Not a smartphone or tablet. From the answer recieved it indicates it does not have independent volume control. Can you adjust the volume when in use without involving another device. Thank you.
