Excellent tv. I was going to go with the G5 but I’m glad I saved money by going for this. Sound not very loud on the tv but this is in a Dolby Atmos media wall so is excellent

Great all round TV

I watch a mixture of content and everything from the contrast, the detail shown and the upscaling really is great. Overall I am extremely happy with this TV.

Great TV, still learning about it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a failed TV from another make it was so easy coming back to LG. As a previous LG owner it was all very familiar and easy to use. The OLED picture is fantastic. Only two minor gripes but even those might be down to my learning curve. I keep losing channels after a few days however forums seem to think poor reception is a possible cause. I'll work on that and see what happens. I also can't find the UKTV App "U" which seems weird so if anyone has an answer please let me know.

Started great but now things took a turn…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had this for a few months now, it started great, but now all apps keep crashing (Netflix/apple to/ prime/ bbc etc) I spoke to lg and they did all tests and changes, nothing helped. The advisor them spoke to their engineers and we tried more fixes…nothing worked. They then said speak to the app developer, but it’s not a glitch on the end of all apps for sure. Ive seen a lot of c5 oled people with the same issue and it seems like a memory or board issue. I tried to speak to LG again but I’ve got no where and Im concerned i have a very expensive paperweight instead of a beautiful Oled TV. If so many people are writing of this issue on google, YouTube and Reddit, then why do we still have the issue, or not automatic replacements or maybe upgrades? I would really love for someone from LG to see this, know that even their engineers couldn’t fix this issue and step up to assist with a real fix, replacement or upgrade to a less glitchy model.

Such a user friendly experience from opening the box to turning it on ,my only criticism is that lg should state exact heights on each size tv for the wall mounting brackets ,makes it easier to put the mount on the wall,especially on a media wall . Very happy with my purchase ,now just need to play with settings and get the soundbar sorted
