I bought this TV to replace the one in my bedroom which I hate (son-in-law bought it for me). I have a Samsung downstairs. I have only bought Samsung, that includes mobile phones because they are easy to use and so reliable.

Good product, but misleading advertising.
Both Vision and Sound excellent. Resolution very good. Not so impressed about being to navigate around options. Very disappointed we apparently do not qualify for a 5 year warranty though we have been invited to apply for one by email so went to a lot of trouble to prepare for application. This was one of the main reasons we selected Samsung so feel badly misled by Samsung's advertising. BEWARE!
