Unfortunately my item was faulty. However, customer services have 100% come through and have collected it tv and are processing my refund. The tv had a great picture and was easy to navigate, it’s such a shame it didn’t work as it should. The issues were the sound kept muting for no reason, and sometimes it took a very long time to even switch on! Such a shame. But good customer services .

Laggy response issue
I've had this smart TV for about a week and the issue I find is that the response from the controller and reaction of speed the TV takes to acknowledge is last out sometimes no action at all on the first command. This is quite frustrating at times and eradicates the convenience of having a TV in my room. On days I have patience I use it but to be honest it's annoying. Many buyers state this issue too

Great high performance LED TV
Bought this as a childs Birthday present. Easily connected to wifi and home TV box. Only issue is the speaker quality. No room for a sound system. But good value snd would highly recommend.

I can advise that this TV is not on the BBC list of supported devices. Nor is it on the ITVx one. So they may work, but have not met the quality benchmark of both of these companies.

I can confirm that the TCL 32 Inch 32S4K Smart HD HDR QLED TV has a power cable attached with a 3pin UK plug which requires plugging into the wall. You can also use an aerial for freeview channels.
