After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung 50 Inch UE50U8000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV: Most Samsung televisions have a thin protective film on the screen which needs to be removed.
How to check for the film:
Pull Tabs: Check the corners (usually top left) for a small tab indicating the film should be peeled off.
Barcode Stickers: If there are no obvious tabs, check if there is a barcode sticker placed on the screen. If you see a sticker, there is likely a film underneath it to be removed.
Warning: Do not attempt to peel off the screen surface if there are no tabs, stickers, or signs of film. Removing the permanent polarizing layer (which often looks like a faint coating or has a small dot in the corner) will damage the TV.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung 50 Inch UE50U8000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV: I’d like to reassure you that when you connect your TV to the internet, you will not be asked for a TV Licensing password. The only password required at this stage is your home Wi?Fi password, which is set by your broadband provider and is completely separate from TV Licensing.
TV Licensing does not control your internet connection and does not block or restrict access when a TV is connected online. There is no licence number or password that needs to be entered during internet setup.
In some cases, certain apps (such as BBC iPlayer) may ask you to confirm that you hold a valid TV Licence, however this is simply a confirmation prompt within the app and does not require you to enter any personal details or passwords.

Our supplier has advised that the Samsung 50 Inch UE50U8000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV does not support recording live TV to a USB stick or external hard drive. The USB ports are for media playback only, and this model does not have the built in recording (PVR) function.
To record programmes, an external Freeview recorder or set top box would be required.

I can advise that the Samsung 50 Inch UE50U8000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV requires an aerial to receive a digital terrestrial TV signal. It can also be used without an aerial for streaming, online digital TV services and many other app based content.

I got 2 remotes, the 2nd ones small and it pauses tv if your on the Samsung tv plus, you can record too if you buy the accessorie to pop in the back
This comes with 2 remotes, a small smart one for pausing TV etc but only on the Samsung channels
Further to my question. This what one of the reviews says The TV comes with 2 remotes, one smart remote and one normal remote.
