Disappointing
Overalll although, this television has a pleasing appearance and is light in weight, sadly I found it somewhat difficult to navigate and am still unable to access the streaming channels. The opening of a Samsung account in order to do so has proved to be impossible. I suppose I will just have to be content with just the terrestrial Channels. In all honesty given the choice I wouldn't buy a Samsung again

Slow and laggy but very good brightness
Alright for money, good brightness but software extremely slow and laggy, ok for me as it's just for YouTube, Netflix while I train, however for everyday watching and channel changing I would image it becomes a nuisance being so slow opening apps etc.

Bought a few weeks ago. Great size for bedroom, great picture quality but so slow to load apps when I'm streaming, sometimes closes the app mid way through watching something on for example, BBC iPlayer. This never happened with previous TV.

I brought this 2 weeks ago and it picture is ok but it’s not the quickest in terms of when you push a button on the remote of jumping to the next page for example click Netflix on the remote it can be upto 10 seconds before it gets onto it. It’s not my internet connection because that’s perfect
