I bought this on the strength of a review in December's What Hi-Fi to replace my ageing 43" Panasonic and so glad I did. Fantastic picture and the sound too is so reasonable I haven't connected up my soundbar yet (which was v. necessary for the old TV). Switched off, the 50" TCL is nearly the same size as the 43" and so much lighter. Plus, it works direct from our house wi-fi so no need for an aerial/dish etc any longer. Brilliant product and a steal at this price point (which What hi-fi said). I'm retired but managed to set it up within 5-10 mins with no cussing either!!

The picture quality is amazing.

I bought this TV originally from B&Q through PRC Direct after sending it back due to a faulty screen and a week of terrible customer service, I decided to buy it from Argos, glad I did. The TV was in perfect condition, and the picture quality is amazing for the price. Can recommend enough.

I can advise that the legs on the TCL 50 Inch 50C6KS Smart 4K UHD HDR Mini LED TV are fixed and can't be moved.
Please search our website for 'universal table stand' and you will find options to attach a more centralised stand that attaches to the VESA screws in the back of the TV.

The TV can receive Satellite channels but is not Freesat compatible.
This means you will need to potentially setup the specifics for the satellite before scanning and most definitely have to re-order the channels manually and you will also end up with all the regional variations for BBC and ITV that you will need to remove, plus you will not get direct access to the on-demand content as you do with Freesat, although you will be able to use the apps on the TV to get them.
