The supplier has advised the following for the BaByliss Rose Lustre 2400 Hair Dryer:
The BaByliss Rose Lustre 2400 Hair Dryer is not dual voltage and should only be used in places with 230-240 volts.
We do not recommend using this in countries with a different voltage. Brazil has not got a standard voltage some are only 120 and some are 220, depending on the area, so we would not recommend using this in Brazil.

I have checked the manual for you. It states that there are 3 heat and 2 speed settings plus the cool shot button. If you press the cool shot button it should work.
