Great controllable heat and power
Very pleased with this purchase. I particularly wanted a dryer with controllable heat as so many are way too hot and this fits the bill perfectly. I also like the sliding controls, rather than press on and off buttons - which are more prone to accidental operation - and the removable dust and fluff filter which should be much easier to keep clean. I bought this to replace my previous BaByliss, which gave great service over many years, and I'm not disappointed.

This hairdryer is such good value for money and it works really well the airflow is perfect for me it doesn’t get very hot and it weights next to nothing I find that easy to use when I’m straightening my hair so that it stays smooth.

The supplier has advised the following for the BaByliss Rose Lustre 2400 Hair Dryer:
The BaByliss Rose Lustre 2400 Hair Dryer is not dual voltage and should only be used in places with 230-240 volts.
We do not recommend using this in countries with a different voltage. Brazil has not got a standard voltage some are only 120 and some are 220, depending on the area, so we would not recommend using this in Brazil.

I have checked the manual for you. It states that there are 3 heat and 2 speed settings plus the cool shot button. If you press the cool shot button it should work.
