I bought it in December 2025,and am very happy with it because it has latest features with low price and it works excellent because it can dry your carpet in few minutes.I can use it's quick wash or deep clean system but both have the power to dry the carpet quickly,It's very easy to use it and easy to clean it as well. you can use it's upholstery cleaning hose as well

Terrible
Didn't really work properly, only the small upholstery attachment works and even that doesn't work consistently. The thing is huge and unwieldy, incredibly noisy, rather complicated to use and is so big it has to live out in the shed. Total waste of money.

Purchased one a few days ago, to refresh and revitalise carpets. Easy set up, and easy to use, too. Cleaned carpet very well. Will need to go over a rug a second time, but, that was just my error, not researching properly how to clean rugs! Very versatile machine, will be attempting to use attachments on various furnishings over coming days. All in all, very good machine, for a fantastic price.

I can advise that the Vax Rapid Power Pro Upright Carpet Cleaner is suitable for cleaning woollen loop pile carpets. As with all floor types, it is recommended to test an area for pile distortion that is usually hidden from view.
