After checking with the manufacturer, I can confirm that these Duracell Rechargeable AAA 900mAh Batteries can be charged in the 4 hour Duracell Charger even though they are a higher capacity they are still within the 1300mAh limit of the charger.

They would need to be NiMH batteries because they are on constant charge.
Hi Zuza, I have 3 Panasonic KX-A142ES phones and they do have AAA batteries. Take the handset (or just the batteries) into Argos and check before opening the new batteries packet .
