The bed was delivered on next day delivery which was great. However there was a hole in the base. I have emailed customer services but no one has bothered to respond which I find unsatisfactory

Poor quality bed
I bought this bed because my son had outgrown his single one. It would have been ok but as i assembled it the wheels would not go in the slots under the bed, the fittings in the wood had not been made properly so i had to ask my dad to drill the holes bigger. The bed itself is not very sturdy and only comes with 2 clips to hold it together which keep falling out. A metal bar would have been better. The matress isn't as deep as i thought it was. Would have sent back but my son was desperate for a bed and would have been too much trouble to arrange.
