Very nice design

Solid Garden Chair but Poorly Constructed
We bought two of these, but had considerable difficulty assembling them due to misalignment of the dowel holes. Parts assembled by the manufacturer using machine tools were over-tightened damaging the timber. Some of the finishing was poor and required smoothing with sandpaper before use, and a split on the end grain in one foot needed attention to avoid inevitable problems in the future. The product is solid and has great potential, but needs much better care in manufacture.

Nice chair
Nice chair for the garden. Matches the bench I previously bought. I already had the necessary drill and screwdriver parts from putting together the bench. Quite difficult to put together, takes about 2-3 hours as there is a lot of drilling to do, but nice once put together.

STRONG, RUGGED AND BUILT TO LAST. A COMFORTABLE CHAIR WHICH IS QUITE EASY TO CONSTRUCT FROM A FLAT PACK ASSEMBLY. NICE WOOD COLOUR TOO, THE TIMBER IS PRESSURE TREATED WITH AN ANTI-ROT, ANTI-BUG FLUID. I ADDED A FEW EXTRA SCREWS FOR INCREASED RIGIDITY AND PLASTIC/NYLON FEET FOR PROTECTION. THE MANUFACTURER REPLACED ONE WOODEN UPRIGHT WITH LARGE SPLITS, FREE OF CHARGE.
