The secure belt fastens easily around your waist. It works with all swim strokes for versatile practise. Three parachute sizes let you adjust resistance levels.

The belt attaches comfortably for hands-free use during laps. You'll feel the drag increase as you power through the water. It's built to withstand regular pool sessions. The parachute opens fully to provide consistent resistance. You can switch between different strokes without readjusting.
