About this product
This Keter Darwin shed stores garden tools, bikes and outdoor equipment with year-round protection from rain and damp. It's made from Evotech Composite resin that resists fading and won't warp or crack like timber. The double doors open wide for easy access to everything inside. A clear window provides natural light so you can see what you're storing without opening the doors.
The solid floor panel keeps mud and rainwater out while you organise your space. Built-in ventilation allows airflow to stop condensation building up inside. Lockable doors accept a padlock for security. The resin construction needs no painting or ongoing maintenance. Assembly takes two people a few hours with just a hand drill and step ladder. You'll have organised, weatherproof storage that looks after itself.

Customers Say
The Keter shed is spacious, attractive, and watertight with a wood-effect finish. Assembly is challenging due to misaligned holes and tricky roof fitting. Some report missing parts and flimsy door security.

Avoid, missing parts and terrible service.
Opened the boxes up to assemble it to find parts of it are missing. Called Argos support and they told me to kaller Keter as its not their issue. £700 for a shed and it comes with entire parts missing, complete joke service from Argos. Will not buy from either ever again. Buy somewhere from somewhere else you can trust!

Hard to put together, but sturdy
The shed once up feels sturdy, but putting it together wasn't the easiest. The instructions suggested 2 people, I had 3 of us. A lot of the pre drilled holes do not line up very well, so having some DIY experience was essential for this build. It took 3 of us roughly 5 hours to build, the extended time was due to the poor quality of pre drilled holes and needing to drill new holes that actually lined up. As said, once the shed was fully up it does feel sturdy and very spacious.

Clean and dry storage
Hopefully longer lasting than a wooden shed. Double doors make access very easy although getting the lock to engage can be a bit tricky. I do wonder how easy it would be to break in the door as it doesn’t feel very robust. No leaks yet despite a very wet winter and no noticeable damp either. Constructing the roof is a challenge as the last piece has to be almost bent into place. Not a very practical means of fitting.

A good quality purchase
I bought this to replace a tired out wooden shed. When fully assembled it looks good and feels very sturdy. Surprisingly the instructions were very precise and easy to follow. Ensure that your base is flat, despite a concrete base I had to put a small shim to align the doors but this is explained in the instructions. Keter also supply more of the assembly screws then you require which is always a bonus. I can honestly say that I am very happy with my purchase and the competitive price.

Tricky build!
This took 2 men 2 x 3/4 days to do. Very tricky to build not everything lines up. Got there in the end but currently have the doors that don’t line up and don’t close properly. Lovely looking shed altho does feel flimsy. Be prepared for a tense build!

Maybe should have gone for wood!
It looks great and has an attractive design, but the structure feels a bit flimsy—there’s noticeable movement if you push against the walls from the inside. Even for someone experienced with DIY, the assembly can be quite challenging, so be prepared to set aside plenty of time and work through the lengthy instructions carefully. It also doesn’t include an option for a lock, and overall it doesn’t feel particularly secure.

Good shed, tough to build.
The shed seems solid enough and is a nice size. There is no way to lock the shed (as far as I can tell) but that's not really an issue. As others have mentioned, you need to have a very flat surface to build this on. I managed most of it myself although I found the roof is practically impossible to fit as described, even with 2 people working together. Overall it took me a full day to build (Oh, and make sure you have an electric screwdriver handy else it will be longer!)

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
