Non-non-stick
This is honestly the worst non stick pan I've ever used. Using it on its own, or with oil, butter, whatever - everything sticks. Can't even fry an egg without it sticking. Maybe I just got a faulty product but in my experience it's complete rubbish.

Replaced damaged pan with refurbished pan!
Absolutely shocking. My ceramic pan got damaged after just a couple of months. I called shark providing evidence of the damaged. After reviewing the photos the advisor confirmed she would replace the item. However to my shock she issued a refurbished pan instead of a new one!. This is completely unacceptable and wrong nor did she inform me she would do this! Please be aware they might do the same to you!

FANTASTIC FRYING PAN
Haven't had a Ninja frying pan before and am so glad I chose this one. The quality and non stick is great. And so easy to keep clean. I fully recommend this product.

Not good pan
As a loyal Ninja customer with several of your products, including multiple pans and a food processor, I've always been impressed with the brand's quality. I was hopeful for the Ninja 20cm Ceramic Pan, but unfortunately, it hasn't lived up to my expectations. From the first use, I've found that this pan's non-stick surface is not effective, as food consistently sticks to the bottom. Additionally, despite careful use and following the care instructions, the pan's surface has shown signs of scratching and wear much sooner than I would have anticipated. This product's performance is not consistent with the high standard of durability and non-stick reliability I have come to expect from Ninja.

Sticks when using some types of oil.
Really disappointed have had it for 3 months now but is sticking and lost its coating!!. Ninja need to clear and transparent on the types of oil that CANNOT be used with this pan as this is an expensive purchase wasted. Or be clear on which oils to use. You are leaving the consumer to do all the guess work which has proved to be extremely expensive.
