About this product
Block out unwanted light and enjoy restful sleep with this blackout roller blind in a warm latte shade. It's designed to provide complete darkness, keeping out light from street lamps, passing traffic, and early morning sun, so you can snooze undisturbed whether you're catching up on sleep or enjoying a midday nap. The plain, neutral tone works beautifully in any room, from bedrooms to living spaces, and it's suitable for kitchens and bathrooms too. It measures 90cm wide with a 160cm drop including fittings, and you'll find it's easily trimmed to size if you need a perfect fit for your window.
The mechanism fits either side, giving you installation flexibility, and includes all fixtures, fittings and instructions. This blind meets 2014 safety standards BS EN 13120 and includes a child safety P clip, making it safe for family homes. Always fit P clips or cleats to keep cords secure and out of reach. It fits inside or outside your window recess or on the wall, and the wipe-clean surface simplifies maintenance. Creases from packaging will drop out after 48 hours. The blind is backed by a one-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Exchanged damaged (marks on front and flaw on blackout) item for this one, which was also damaged (bent). Giving up now and going elsewhere. Poor quality, poor packaging, and clearly poor handling.

Lovely blind bad packaging
Packaging was all tapped together, didn’t think much of it. Put the blind up then noticed the bottom bit had been snapped as if someone had marked it to shorten then snapped. It’s already up to to late to return

I bought these blinds a couple of months ago. I am sure glad I chose the blinds from Argos. Of course I did look around before I bought the blinds, because I wanted the best value for my money since I am retired. I'm not sorry I purchased the blinds from Argos. They tick all the boxes, especially the price. Great value for my money and earned some valuable Nectar points aswell. I recommend these blinds to anyone looking for quality blinds. Lastly I plan to buy some more blinds for the entire house.

Value for money
I know you get what you pay for, and in terms of blackout performance, there are no complaints. However, when the instructions say "easy to trim", it's anything but easy without leaving permanent crease marks in the blind. It was also difficult to feed the material back into the aluminium tubing after cutting.

Fantastic blind.
Fantastic blind. Sits lovely in my windows. Easy enough to trim down and put in window. Completely blocks out the light. The pull cord is also easy to manage. I am so impressed have bought 2 of these so far.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Blackout Latte Roller Blind - 90cm: Please ensure you have installed the chain mechanism with the chain hanging straight down. If this has been installed at the incorrect position it will cause the chain to hang at the front or back of the blind and the chain will become stuck.
